An integrated or independent kitchen. Why choose one option if we can enjoy both?
The interior design studio Devesa & Agenjo Interior Design has solved in this project the requirement of the owner of this house, who was looking to connect the living room with the kitchen to give it more dynamism and functionality, and at the same time enjoy them as independent spaces.
The property is located in the prestigious residential area of La Moraleja in Madrid, and is consistent with the natural and architectural surroundings. In this kitchen, the simple and organic elegance invites you to enjoy the day to day with plenitude and optimism.

The cascading kitchen bar in the center of the project
The Neolith model Himalaya Crystal Seduced the owner from the beginning so much, that it was proposed as the central axis of the space to be contemplated from the living room.
At Neolith, we worship nature in the proposals and finishes of the materials, and this countertop, without a doubt, captivates for its organic and sensory beauty.
But we are not only inspired by appearance, we emulate the natural process in the way we produce our collections, and we try to recycle and reuse materials to be more sustainable and environmentally friendly.

Enjoying
independent
spaces
Another of the premises to be solved in the project was to have the option of isolating both spaces when this was desired. The sliding glass doors and the well thought-out layout have successfully met the owner’s requirement.

Feeling the well-being
of chromatic harmony
in the kitchen
Earth tones dress up the space providing warmth and well-being in this designer kitchen. The model Pietra di Luna has been selected in the Silk finish for the sink countertop, as well as for the cladding.
The tone for the furniture was proposed based on the color of this product in order to generate harmony and continuity, and not detract from the importance of the walnut wood and the island.
