• “A Reflection of Who We Are” pays tribute to nature and has welcomed up to 45,000 visitors to Casa Decor in the majestic gardens of Palacio de la Trinidad for six consecutive weeks.

Neolith has obtained one of the most prestigious awards in interior design and decoration in Spain. The company won the 1st Mention of the Best Project Award 2024 awarded by Casa Decor in its 59th edition, the 12th since the awards were held.

The gala, held at the Rosewood Villa Magna hotel, distinguished the Neolith space “A Reflection of Who We Are”, a unique installation designed by the interior design studio SUMMUMSTUDIO, with the outstanding award, which included the participation of 46 spaces in this occasion. An award that highlights the innovation, design and sustainability that Neolith advocates in all its creations and that also demonstrates the sustainable nature of the firm.

During the six weeks Casa Décor lasted, this inspiring Neolith space has surprised visitors in the gardens of Palacio de la Trinidad, thanks to its absolute visual power. Natural plants, mirrors and water merge with the beauty of Neolith's sintered stone surfaces to express that nature is a reflection of who we are.

Andreas Manero, Marketing Director of Neolith, states that “we are really proud of what we have achieved this year at Casa Decor”, while mentioning that “our goal was to create a unique space and position ourselves as a benchmark in sustainable design. This space is not only a good design exercise, but also a representation of the brand's values.”

The jury - made up of the prestigious interior designer and industrial designer Francesc Rifé, recognized with the Honor Award for Professional Career Casa Decor 2024, the interior designer Miguel Muñoz, the journalist Áurea Díaz, the director of Madrid Design Festival, Álvaro Matías, the architect Zuriñe Iturbe and the interior designer Paz González - have especially valued “its marked sensory character in which the sound of water, aromas and the incidence of light are interwoven, creating an intimate and welcoming atmosphere.”

José María Gimeno, CEO and founder of SUMMUMSTUDIO, comments that “for us it is quite an honor that the space has received the 1st Mention for the Best Project Award, since it has been a very ambitious project from the beginning, especially for the opportunity to carry it out in an outdoor space, quite complex due to the weather and the assembly and where we have been at the limit of the architectural project, more than interior design. The result is that we have designed a very powerful project, which has resonated and with which we have managed to touch the sensory part.”
