Neolith Mont Blanc

This charming kitchen in London belongs to the Polish-Lebanese influencer Samar Khanafer and has become the kingdom for her culinary and photography work. From there, she delights her audience with Middle Eastern recipes with many personal stories and Arab cultural roots.

Currently, she has almost 21 000 followers on her Instagram profile. She became well-known for participating in the third edition of Master Chef Poland, where she got commended by both Gordon Ramsay and Michel Roux Sr. Since then, she has changed her graphic design and advertising world to working in the kitchen and writing, photographing and designing cookbooks, a 180-degree turn!

Design and practicality for this signature kitchen

Samar loves kitchens so much that she decided to design it herself, with the help of Wren Kitchen, one of the leading kitchen stores in the United Kingdom. Samar said,

"The kitchen project inspiration came from my passion for classic interiors with a mix of Middle Eastern influence. Before buying the house, I already knew how I wanted it to be, mixing timeless elegance with contemporary practicality to create a sophisticated space that reflected the balance between tradition and current trends."

Samar Khanafer's proposal resulted in this cosy kitchen with a renovated classic style, where Neolith Mont Blanc has been used on both the countertop and the backsplash. With this model, Neolith represents a quartzite, providing charm and functionality to Samar’s kitchen  and improving the material's performance. Plus, it adapts perfectly to all types of environments.

The kitchen as the canvas for her creative work

Since Samar is now entirely dedicated to cooking, writing about her culinary experience, and sharing everything she has learned on her social networks, she needed an efficient kitchen to work quickly and effectively.

Moreover, the influencer loves home cooking, natural products, and combining different culinary cultures. In her book (English "Dukkah, Cumin and Roots Vegetables") she collects more than 130 vegetarian and vegan recipes offering traditional Middle Eastern dishes such as creamy hummus, crunchy falafel and modern, vegetarian versions of Arabic classics, such as lentil kafta or kibbeh nayeh.

Why Neolith for your kitchen?

"We chose Neolith for its exceptional quality and durability",

Samar Khanafer states. Neolith surfaces are considered one of the industry's most durable and environmentally friendly, besides being an excellent choice for the kitchen. Its resistance to high temperatures and stains, in addition to being easy to maintain and having a porosity close to zero, make it an ultra-hygienic and very versatile material that undoubtedly won over this influencer based in the capital of the United Kingdom.
