Minimalism and functionality in the heart of Oslo

Oslo, Norway

Marble elegance in Lasse Vermeli's residence

Project location:  Oslo, Noruega
Project type:        Residencia privada
Neolith materials:

Blanco Carrara, Calatorao, Terrazo Ceppo, Pietra Di Luna

Lasse Vermeli is a Norwegian actor based in Oslo, known for starring in television series co-produced by media groups in the Scandinavian region.

His private residence, located in Oslo, has several rooms in which Neolith has been one of the main materials, providing functionality and elegance, and giving the different environments a minimalist air.

The models chosen belong to The New Classtone and Fusion collections, which provide exclusivity and practicality at the same time, since Neolith is a more sustainable material, easier to maintain and more durable than natural stone, allowing more design opportunities within the marble trend.

A contemporary and elegant kitchen

The result of The New Classtone applied to any space is always unique, and elegance is assured. This is the case of the result of Vermeli's kitchen, who chose the Neolith Calatorao model, transmitting the personality and beauty of natural stone, but with superior technical characteristics. The chocolate brown fossilized background of the model makes it ideal for contemporary spaces, such as this kitchen that does not leave indifferent.

Neolith Calatorao is applied on the kitchen countertop and backsplash, achieving a contrast between the warmth of the floor and the sides of the room and the rest of the furniture.

The side cabinets were also coated with Neolith Calatorao, to achieve the natural stone finish on the rest of the coating and thus highlight the details of the shelves.

A laundry room with a lot of personality

The laundry room was also another room where Neolith was chosen and where the contrast between colors and materials played a fundamental role in personalizing the environment.

On this occasion Neolith Pietra Di Luna, from the Fusion collection, was used, characterized by its cool white background with soft grayish tones for the countertop and backsplash. The faucet, matching the salmon wall, also contrasts with the Neolith pieces and the rest of the cabinets that make up the room. Neolith Pietra Di Luna brings a modern and functional touch to a room with a high level of use.
