Nestled in the iconic Venice Beach, California Beach House Luxury is more than just a home, it is a personal reflection of American interior designer, TV host, and author Breegan Jane. Designed as her forever home, this residential project perfectly fuses functionality, elegance, and the breezy aesthetic of the California coastal lifestyle.

Spanning nearly 5,400 square feet, the residence features five bedrooms, six bathrooms, and a variety of spaces thoughtfully designed for both family life and professional endeavors, including a media room and a music studio. With a timeline of over two years, the result is a prime example of how design can seamlessly align with a vibrant, multifaceted lifestyle without compromising on comfort or sophistication.

Breegan Jane took a holistic approach to the project. “I wanted the house to grow with my family, to support my work and allow space for entertaining, while also offering peace and quiet when needed,” she explains. Every corner of the home was created with a specific intention in mind, featuring personalized solutions that elevate everyday living.

Her choice of this model was driven by both technical and emotional reasons: its durability, low maintenance, and elegant gray veining on a crisp white background make it the perfect ally for a space that Breegan describes as “the heart of the home.”
