Visible from different points across Barañain, Spain, this residential building now features a new envelope combining Neolith Pietra di Luna, Just White and Calatorao in a large-format composition. Araiz Huarte Arquitectos SLP led an intervention that redefines the building’s overall appearance while improving its thermal performance.
Installation, carried out by AICO Iruña S.L., was supported by close coordination with Neolith to supply custom-cut panels, streamlining the installation process and increasing precision on site. A project in which design, technical performance and renovation work toward the same goal.
