The Majestic Centre, one of Wellington’s (New Zealand) most prominent office buildings, incorporates Neolith as part of the renovation of its key interior spaces. Designed and delivered by Unispace, the project combines Mont Blanc, Iron Corten, and Pietra di Luna across wall cladding, a tiered planter, and bathroom vanities, creating a more contemporary look while maintaining a connection with the building’s original materials.
The installation was completed using Stonemec and Struktec systems by Stone Facade, with a concealed fixing solution adapted to the existing structure and to Neolith’s large-format panels.
