The Parc on Jackson stands out for its contemporary building envelope, thoughtfully integrated into one of Downtown Dallas’ historic districts. Neolith Just White clads the primary facades, terrace frames, and entrance portico, creating a clean, understated expression that enhances the overall architecture.
The project combines 6 mm and 12 mm panels according to the specific requirements of each area and features the Strongfix ventilated facade system, adapted to varying support conditions, depths, and geometries. This approach made it possible to accommodate the building’s existing structure, resolve multiple returns and junctions, and address the angled geometry of the entrance portico while strengthening the architectural presence of the elevations most visible from the public realm.
