To make this cocktail, you must shake 45 ml of gin with 30 ml of pink vanilla cocktail mix, 60 ml of cranberry juice and ice. It is then passed twice into a chilled martini glass or any glass with ice and garnished with a slice of dried orange.

 

Davison Plum & Vanilla Martini

45 ml of gin are shaken with 30 ml of Davidson Plum and Vanilla Martini cocktail mix, 60 ml of cranberry juice and ice. Shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds to cool and mix the ingredients well. Strain the mixture into a previously chilled martini glass and garnish with a slice of dried lemon.

Combining vodka or gin with a homemade pineapple-jalapeño cocktail mix, topped with sparkling water and served with lemon zest and fresh raspberries, can be an ideal cocktail proposal for Christmas.

Next, add 60 ml of blanco tequila, 30 ml of triple sec, and 20 ml of lime juice to a shaker. Shake well and pour into a chilled martini glass or any glass with ice and garnish with a slice of lime on the rim of the glass.

In a blender with ice, combine the bourbon, cherry liqueur, sweet vermouth and a few dashes (meaning small amounts of the ingredient added to a cocktail using drippers) of bitter Angostura (a concentrated bitter used as a condiment to add flavor and aroma to cocktails). Stir the mixture well to cool it and mix the flavors. Strain the mixture into a rocks glass filled with ice. Squeeze the orange peel over the mocktail to release its essential oils and decorate the rim of the glass with the peel.
