Neolith unveils a new architectural icon in Guangzhou
- The new Techsize by Neolith Global Design Center in Guangzhou, China, presents a visually striking architectural concept shaped by modulation, light, and materiality.
- Designed by PENG & PARTNERS, the space reflects a contemporary vision of architecture through an immersive composition with strong aesthetic presence.
Neolith strengthens its presence in the Asian market with the opening of Techsize by Neolith Global Design Center in Guangzhou, a new space developed with Techsize, the brand’s partner in China. Conceived as a large-scale architectural statement, the project brings Neolith’s aesthetic universe into an environment where light, proportion, and material come together to create a space with a distinctive identity.
Designed by PENG & PARTNERS, the project is built around a rigorous modular logic that organizes the entire space with precision and ease. This structure, combined with the leading role of light and the visual continuity of the materials, gives rise to an architecture that feels serene and monumental, conveying balance, depth, and sophistication from the very first impression.

“This new flagship space in Guangzhou clearly reflects how our brand is meant to come to life in strategic markets: through environments that express design, innovation, and a highly refined vision of the material. Together with our partner Techsize, our presence in China continues to grow through a project that speaks directly to design professionals and to the evolving demands of architecture and interior design,” says Andreas Manero, Group Marketing Director at Neolith.

From the outside, the building projects a bold yet elegant identity. The sequence of columns, the precise modulation, and the interplay of natural light across the surfaces create a powerful architectural presence defined by rhythm, depth, and continuity.
Inside, the space unfolds as a sequence of carefully composed atmospheres, where scale, formal clarity, and the treatment of light guide the visitor’s perception. The presence of Neolith across facades, wall cladding, flooring, and large continuous planes reinforces the unity of the project and highlights the material’s ability to integrate into highly expressive architectural concepts.
“Working with a clear modular system allows us to create spaces where everything responds to the same logic. When order is well defined, architecture is experienced naturally,” says Shirley Qiu, General Manager at Techsize.
The project stands out for its ability to combine compositional rigor with spatial sensitivity, shaping an environment where every element contributes to a harmonious reading of the whole. The result is an architecture that does not seek to dominate, but rather to leave a lasting impression through its balance, its scale, and its thoughtful relationship with materiality.

A new icon for architecture and design in Guangzhou

Neolith and Techsize are taking another step forward in their collaboration in China, reinforcing their commitment to spaces that elevate the dialogue between architecture, design, and materiality. Techsize by Neolith Global Design Center represents a new platform for projecting Neolith’s image in one of the brand’s most strategic markets, through an environment conceived to inspire, move, and showcase the architectural potential of sintered stone.
