Neolith transforms a historic landmark in Verona into the global epicenter of its new material language

  • Under the concept “THE EDIT. A new material language,” Neolith turns its new surfaces into codes of expression, where origin, texture, color, and perception define a new way of understanding material.

  • The official presentation begins today and runs through September 24 at the Spazio San Pietro in Monastero in Verona, a historic setting transformed by the company into a temple of materiality during Marmomac.

Neolith presents “THE EDIT. A new material language” in Verona, the brand’s new premium launch introducing a new way to conceive, communicate, and experience material.

In a context shaped by visual saturation and fleeting trends, the company returns to what truly endures: material as origin, language, and experience, capable of bringing character and meaning to spaces. Under the concept “THE EDIT. A new material language,” Neolith transforms its new surfaces into codes of expression, each with its own identity, emotion, and sensory universe.

“With THE EDIT. A new material language, we take another step forward in the way we understand our surfaces. This launch transforms material into codes of expression, capable of conveying a distinct identity, awakening emotions, and defining how a space is experienced,” says Nieves Contreras, Chief Brand Officer at Neolith.

The official presentation begins today and runs through September 24 in Verona, coinciding with Marmomac, the world’s leading natural stone exhibition, at the Spazio San Pietro in Monastero. For the occasion, this singular setting becomes a unique stage for an immersive installation where architecture, light, texture, and emotion come together to reveal a new dimension of Neolith surfaces.

A temple of materiality in Verona

Designed by Nieves Contreras and conceived as a journey through matter, the installation reveals five sculptural interpretations inspired by the origin, texture, and expressive identity of Neolith’s new surfaces.

As visitors move through the space, material takes form. Each sculpture invites a different experience, revealing how surface, color, finish, and volume can convey their own language and evoke different sensations.

The installation resonates with the essence of the place itself: a landmark historically dedicated to gathering, contemplation, and reflection. In this setting, visitors are invited to slow down, observe, and connect with materials through a more intimate and sensory experience.

Sound becomes an integral part of this journey. A custom soundscape, composed of five pieces designed to convey the identity of each material, gives the installation an immersive character. Created and produced by Banjo Soundscapes, these compositions accompany visitors through the space and add a new layer of perception to the experience.

Three days to discover the brand’s new material language

For three days, the Spazio San Pietro in Monastero in Verona hosts the international presentation of “THE EDIT. A new material language.” In this historic setting, Neolith brings together clients and partners from different markets, as well as architects, designers, interior designers, and stone professionals, through a program combining strategic sessions, product presentations, and exclusive encounters with an experiential, sensory, and personal approach.

In this context, attendees will discover a space where material takes center stage, reinforcing the idea that architecture begins with the way material makes us feel.

Five codes of expression with their own identity

Neolith’s proposal, “THE EDIT. A new material language,” is built around five new surfaces, each associated with its own emotional and aesthetic code.

The new Pale Fossil, Glazed Opaline, Dorset Mist, Serene Emerald, and Calacatta Viola interpret material through different sensibilities, exploring concepts such as serenity, amplitude, equilibrium, renewal, and empowerment.

With this presentation, Neolith strengthens its positioning in the most premium segment of design and architecture, proposing a new material language to create surfaces destined to become contemporary icons.

“THE EDIT. A new material language” marks a new chapter for the brand: a way of understanding material beyond the surface, as a tool capable of transforming architecture into experience. An invitation to discover how material becomes expression, texture becomes memory, and architecture becomes emotion.
