Neolith reinforces its commitment to responsible water use with new internal awareness measures

  • The company promotes best practices across its offices and production plant in recognition of World Water Day, encouraging more efficient and responsible water use in the workplace.

  • In 2025, Neolith reduced its total water consumption by 10% compared to 2024 and introduced new monitoring and control measures to further optimize water management.

To mark World Water Day, Neolith has launched a new internal awareness initiative for employees at its headquarters, with the goal of further promoting the responsible, efficient, and mindful use of this essential resource.

This initiative is part of the company’s broader sustainability vision and underscores the importance of encouraging everyday habits that, when applied consistently, can generate a meaningful positive impact.

Through this approach, Neolith reinforces the idea that every action matters within its global sustainability strategy. The company has encouraged its teams to embrace a vision of efficient consumption focused on optimizing available resources and identifying issues at an early stage. By directly involving its workforce in improving water performance, Neolith aims to turn awareness into tangible results, aligning everyday habits with its water footprint reduction goals.

At the production plant specifically, the company has also strengthened another key message: using treated water whenever possible, while always maintaining responsible use to reduce reliance on mains water.

Advances in responsible water management

This awareness initiative builds on the progress the company has already made over the past year in water management. In 2025, Neolith achieved a reduction of 5,542 m³ of water, representing a 10% decrease in total consumption compared to 2024. In addition, the company installed new water meters to improve monitoring and tracking across different sections of its operations. This measure makes it possible to detect leaks or unusual consumption more quickly, respond more efficiently, and develop targeted actions in the areas with the highest mains water consumption.

This is further supported by the operational capacity of its three water treatment plants, which process 100% of the industrial water generated. These facilities make it possible to manage water from different processes separately, supporting its treatment and recycling.

Through initiatives like these, Neolith continues to move forward with an increasingly responsible approach to resource management, promoting continuous improvement across its operations and strengthening employee engagement with the company’s sustainability goals. Because every action matters, and the mindful use of water is part of a shared commitment to creating a more efficient and environmentally respectful workplace.
