Neolith redefines the connection between humans and the environment at Casa Decor 2025

  • The installation “Pasaje Hacia el Interior del Alma,” designed by davidedavid for Neolith, draws inspiration from contemporary Japanese architecture to create a space that invites meditation.

  • Through light, reflections, and the materiality of sintered stone, the proposal transforms the perception of the environment and awakens a unique sensory experience.

Neolith returns to Casa Decor with a unique proposal in collaboration with the architecture and interior design studio davidedavid. Inspired by contemporary Japanese architecture, Neolith's installation at Casa Decor 2025, named “Pasaje Hacia el Interior del Alma”, transcends functionality to become a sensory experience that invites introspection and contemplation.

The space is conceived as an architectural haven where light and shadow, reflections, and the materiality of sintered stone interact to create an enveloping atmosphere. A space that does not follow established rules but opens the door to pure perception. Upon entrance, the senses sharpen; sight, hearing, and touch synchronize to offer visitors a moment of calm to almost meditate, allowing them to disconnect from the daily routine.

A journey towards the essential

Neolith’s installation at Casa Decor 2025 proposes a reinterpretation of the home, blurring the boundaries between physical and emotional. The use of the arch as a symbol of transition, along with the combination of materials, light effects, and reflections, recreate a proposal that challenges the perception of space and suggests a passage to the essential. To configure the installation, the models Neolith San Simone, Neolith Niagara, Neolith Whitehaven, and Neolith Cappadocia Sunset were used.

Neolith becomes the link between the timeless and the contemporary, providing balance, beauty, and functionality. Each surface was selected to enhance the interaction between light and material, creating a space that flows with the energy of its environment.

For Andreas Manero, Neolith’s Marketing Director: "Casa Decor is undoubtedly the benchmark showcase for interior design in Spain, and for Neolith, it becomes more important each year in our annual calendar. This year, we return with a new proposal of high ambition."

Davidedavid: The studio behind the proposal

The architecture studio davidedavid, founded by Davide Ridenti and David Pérez Fernández, has been exploring the intersection of architecture, design, and art for over a decade. With an approach that balances the classical and the contemporary, their work is marked by attention to detail and the use of materials that evoke sensations and emotions in the user.

Their proposal for Neolith at Casa Decor 2025 reflects their philosophy: an architectural language that blends tradition and innovation, where each element contributes to the space’s narrative. In this project, the synergy between Neolith and davidedavid results in an installation that redefines the relationship between architecture and the senses.

"We conceived this space as a haven for meditation and introspection within the home. Places like this, still rare in our homes, will become an unavoidable necessity in the future", says Davide Ridenti. David Pérez Fernández adds: "Our inspiration comes, on one hand, from the metaphysical architecture in De Chirico’s work, and on the other, from Roman ruins overtaken by nature."

Neolith, an icon in architecture and interior design

Neolith continues to evolve its creative proposals at Casa Decor, maintaining its commitment to create disruptive projects. In the previous edition Neolith was already surprising with a space that earned the 1st Mention of the Best Project. This year the brand takes a step further with " Pasaje Hacia el Interior del Alma", an installation that not only dialogues with contemporary architecture but also redefines the way materials can transform the perception of space and the emotions of those who inhabit it.

Neolith’s installation at Casa Decor 2025 will be open to visitors from April 3, until Sunday, May 18, at the Sagasta building, located in the Chamberí district of Madrid (Calle Sagasta, 33). A unique opportunity to immerse yourself in an architectural proposal that invites you to feel, explore, and discover a new way of inhabiting spaces.
