Neolith redefines contemporary loft living in Geberit’s space at Casa Decor
- The brand collaborates on the space designed by Zooco Estudio, a proposal that reinterprets the contemporary loft through an architectural, sophisticated, and functional perspective.
- Neolith WhiteSands and Neolith Rapolano are integrated into different areas of the project, bringing visual continuity, naturalness, and high technical performance.
Neolith strengthens its presence at Casa Decor 2026 through its collaboration with Geberit in the space designed by Zooco Estudio. The proposal highlights the versatility, technical performance, and aesthetic potential of its surfaces within an environment conceived as a sophisticated contemporary loft.
Under the concept “Lo Invisible,” Zooco Estudio reflects on everything that, although unseen, is essential in home architecture. Based on this idea, the studio has created an environment that reveals the technical dimension of the space and transforms it into an aesthetic language with a strong visual impact.

“The flooring played a very important role because we needed the entire space to feel connected and continuous. Neolith helps us greatly to balance the project and reinforce the concept. With such a strong technical and repetitive presence of pipes, we needed clean, continuous surfaces that could bring calm and visual continuity,” explains Zooco Estudio.

Within this composition, the flooring, created with Neolith WhiteSands and Neolith Rapolano, takes on a key role as the project’s continuous foundation. Both models support the concept with a balanced and natural presence, bringing texture, visual warmth, and strong aesthetic coherence to the overall design, while also helping to enhance the sense of spaciousness.
Their integration reinforces the architectural composition and adapts to creative proposals where design, technology, and functionality coexist in complete harmony.
“Neolith WhiteSands has a lighter, brighter tone that enhances the space’s diffused light. Neolith Rapolano, with its more sandy and mineral tone, balances the industrial atmosphere, bringing texture and warmth,” adds Zooco Estudio. “In addition, the Rapolano model follows the geometric layout of the space and is arranged in a cross shape, aligning with the tubular structure. This helps organize the different areas and intuitively define the four rooms,” they explain.
The architecture studio has also used Neolith Rapolano for the desktop surface, creating an environment with absolute visual continuity that is fully coherent with the rest of the elements. In this way, Neolith surfaces help create an elegant, cohesive space that is fully aligned with the architectural concept.

According to Zooco, “Neolith was not merely an aesthetic choice. We needed a material that could perform extremely well from a technical standpoint while preserving the sense of continuity that defines the project. It is a highly technical product, visually understated and honest, which fits perfectly with the overall idea of the project: giving value to what is essential and to the constructive elements.”
In addition to its presence in the Geberit by Zooco Estudio loft, Neolith also participates in Casa Decor 2026 in TARQ Studio’s “Dos Latitudes” space, a suite lounge conceived as a meeting point between European design and Latin American craftsmanship. In this proposal, Neolith Toscano, one of the brand’s latest launches, is incorporated into a vibrant green bar cabinet designed by the studio itself, bringing material continuity to the shelving integrated inside and reinforcing the personality of the atmosphere.

Both spaces can be visited at Calle San Agustín 11, on the corner of Cervantes, in Madrid’s Barrio de las Letras, through May 24. Across both projects, Neolith surfaces are used in flooring and furniture applications, showcasing their functional and decorative value in projects with a strong personality.
Through these collaborations, Neolith once again demonstrates its ability to integrate into diverse types of projects, providing solutions that respond to both aesthetic and technical requirements. Its presence at Casa Decor 2026 reaffirms the brand’s positioning as a strategic partner for architects and interior designers seeking innovative, versatile materials aligned with the latest trends in contemporary design.
