Following their official presentation in Verona, where Neolith transformed the historic Spazio San Pietro in Monastero into a temple of materiality during Marmomac 2026, the company now unveils the identity of each of these surfaces. All five have been conceived as codes of expression: materials capable of bringing character, emotion, and meaning to spaces through their origin, texture, color, and sensory perception.

“More than a selection of new models, THE EDIT. A new material language represents a way of understanding material as a tool of expression. Material is no longer a secondary element within the project, but what defines the atmosphere, influences perception, and remains in memory long after leaving a space,” says Nieves Contreras, Chief Brand Officer at Neolith.

Each model responds to its own code: Pale Fossil evokes serenity; Glazed Opaline, amplitude; Dorset Mist, equilibrium; Serene Emerald, renewal; and Calacatta Viola, empowerment. Together, these five new surfaces reinforce Neolith’s positioning in the most premium segment of design and architecture.

Pale Fossil embodies a natural serenity connected to refuge and inner calm. This model reinterprets the elegance of a stone with a compact appearance, with ivory tones and fossil inclusions that evoke the memory of geological time while bringing depth and natural character to the surface. It brings a sense of rootedness, continuity, and essential wellbeing that reinforces the feeling of belonging, creating a proposal of understated luxury, calm, and wellbeing for serene, timeless spaces.

Available in the new Honed finish and enhanced with a subtle digital texture, it features a soft, honed appearance that reinforces its mineral authenticity.

Glazed Opaline emerges from the interplay of light, transparency, and continuous discovery. Its surface is inspired by the luminosity of a crystallized white quartzite, marked by delicate veining and crystalline inclusions that bring depth and movement. It captures the changing reflections of light and creates a sense of amplitude, fluidity, and visual depth, resulting in an ideal proposal for spaces seeking a sophisticated, elegant presence.

This model is available in the Natural Touch finish, which enhances the natural beauty of the piece by combining design and digital texture.

Dorset Mist is built on equilibrium, solidity, and perspective. Inspired by a prestigious, gray-toned limestone formed during the Upper Jurassic period and traditionally associated with iconic monuments, it brings a sense of security, restraint, and confidence to contemporary architecture. It stands out for its mineral texture and architectural character, bringing depth, solidity, and elegance to spaces seeking a timeless, balanced presence.

Neolith Dorset Mist is available in the new Petra finish, with a matte, stone-like appearance that reinforces the natural character of the surface.

Serene Emerald connects with the vitality of nature and its constant capacity for regeneration. Its restrained tone evokes so-called healing greens, associated with wellbeing, calm, and digital disconnection, bringing a sense of freshness, renewal, and balance to the space. Its biophilic character creates an enveloping, harmonious surface for spaces that seek to connect wellbeing, nature, and contemporary sensibility.

With the new Petra finish and a delicate digital texture, this surface reveals a matte texture that intensifies its natural and material depth.

Calacatta Viola is defined by a beauty that refuses to go unnoticed. Its burgundy and purple-toned veins run across a light base with graphic intensity, creating a composition of contrast, depth, and personality, designed for spaces with character that express an identity of their own from the very first visual impact. This new surface offers a nod to the dramatic sophistication of Italian marble and the classic elegance of Calacatta, bringing expressive strength and a distinctive presence.

Its Natural Touch finish provides a soft, balanced texture, reinforcing the expressive character and natural beauty of each piece.

With these five new additions, THE EDIT. A new material language consolidates its place as one of Neolith’s most exclusive launches, deepening the connection with what truly endures: material as origin, language, and experience.

For the development of this new language, Neolith has collaborated with Judith van Vliet, founder of The Color Authority and a global expert in color strategy, in shaping the conceptual and narrative universe of THE EDIT. A new material language. Her contribution has helped articulate an emotional reading of material through color, texture, and perception. The proposal is further enriched by Banjo Soundscapes, who created and produced five original musical pieces inspired by the identity of each material, adding a new sensory dimension to the experience.

Neolith continues to expand the possibilities of sintered stone with surfaces designed to become contemporary icons, beyond passing trends. Each model responds to a distinct sensibility and offers architects, interior designers, and designers five materials with their own aesthetic character, conceived as tools to create projects with presence, intention, and identity.
