Neolith made a striking appearance at Decorex Joburg 2025, Africa’s leading interior design and décor exhibition that took place at the Sandton Convention Centre in Johannesburg, South Africa. For this year’s edition, the firm teamed up with acclaimed interior designer Loredana Morton, founder of Cape Town based studio LMI Interiors, to present an immersive installation that challenges conventional ideas of home.

Neolith’s stand blurred the line between domestic comfort and artistic expression. The space was conceived as a curated home crafted entirely from sintered stone—transforming familiar living spaces like the dining room and lounge into a bold sculptural landscape. With every surface, object, and detail reimagined in stone, the installation encouraged visitors to experience the material in a new, deeply emotional way.

The composition surprised with its use of unexpected elements: stone curtains, carved lighting fixtures, plush carpets, and bronze mirrors come together to create an atmosphere that is at once tactile and futuristic. Furniture pieces such as the dining table, console, chairs, and side tables were all made of Neolith, revealing the limitless creative potential of the material.

A carefully curated palette includes standout models from Neolith’s collection—such as Amazonico, Calacatta Luxe, Mar del Plata, Mamba, Azure, and Metropolitan. At the heart of the installation sat a commanding Neolith Amazonico dining table, anchoring the visual narrative and adding balance and impact to the scene.

With this bold and innovative proposal, Neolith reinforced its position at the forefront of design, showcasing how sintered stone can go far beyond traditional applications to become a medium for storytelling and artistic expression. The brand continues to push boundaries, combining sustainable innovation with design excellence to create spaces that engage, inspire, and elevate the way we live.
