Neolith® News Opinion Survey for 2018

Neolith® has increased its range of premium surfaces and will be live-surveying visitors at Marmomac 2017 in Verona, Italy to test-drive four new colours, developed over the past year.

The four new patterns: Retrostone, Mirage, Magma and Krater will be exhibited in Hall 11, Stand G4 and gives visitors the chance to physically engage with the new developments and offer their opinion and feedback on the Sintered Stones. This will have a direct impact on which colours will make it into the 2018 catalogue.

LUNA NANOTECH

NanoTech Polished is the successor of the original Décor Polished – NanoTech Polished, however, manages to achieve the same glossy finish achieved in Décor Polished, without the need for the additional glass layer.

Instead of applying the cover, the slab is directly polished once it comes out of the kiln and by using a special raw material during the sinterisation process and a studied polishing technique, a perfectly flat reflection is achieved.

This type of finish outstands for its flexural strength, its higher resistance to abrasion in comprasion to the previous one and it is ideal for fullbody
designed slabs.

Thanks to the unique raw materials involved in the process Neolith Nanotech Polished provides the whitest white and darkest black options available in the market of sintered surfaces.

MAGMA

Magma and Krater are a homage to natural Sopastone. Looking to this smoky stone’s legacy as the material used to construct some of the world’s most enduring monuments, including Rio de Janeiro’s Christ The Redeemer, Neolith has developed a unique surface with universal appeal.

MIRAGE

Mirage captures the understated grandeur of Europe’s medieval churches and public buildings, constructed from richly textured sandstone. The new stone turns up the contrast on Neolith’s similarly sand-inspired Arena, to offer a richer and more pronounced texturing.

RETROSTONE

Retrostone is an elegant surface with a striking, big-grain effect based on Terrazzo, a stone with a long and ancient history, with examples dating back as far as 9,000 BC.
Perfected by Venetian stonemasons in the 1500s, this production method produces a mesmerising, kaleidoscopic effect.
