NEOLITH NEW TALENTS – National Edition

Winning project: MINIMAL | Anastasia Boiko Alioshkina
University: Escuela de Arte y Superior de Diseño de Zamora (Spain).

Brief description:
A minimalist hotel proposal with essential formalism using quality materials and very elegant designs.

Neolith Iron Grey was chosen for the Hotel facade. Standing out in the Reception Area is a triangular piece positioned in the middle to create various spaces. Marble wrapped in grey steel texture, decorated with lights that add movement to the ensemble for which the Calacatta Gold and Steel Marengo models were chosen.

A model inspired by the semi-precious stone White Onyx was chosen for the rooms and bathrooms. The subtle greyish-white and pinkish shades distributed evenly dress up both areas elegantly to create a feeling of relaxation. It’s the perfect place to rest and get away from it all.

NEOLITH NEW TALENTS – International Edition

Winning project: WONDERWALL HOTEL | Daniel Martins Leal
University: Lusíada PortoPortugal.

Brief description
Wonderwall Hotel combines different materials such as concrete, glass and Neolith sintered stone, fusing the interior and exterior areas with large glass panels.

The Reception Area was designed with large Neolith slabs. The interior contrasts with the contemporary lines of the architecture and neutral Neolith colors such as the Beton model used for the wall paneling and Neolith Estatuario in the Polished finish for the hall flooring featuring distinctive and dynamic cut-outs.

The same Beton model as used on the walls of the Reception Area was chosen for the rooms, which contrasts with warmer models like Neolith La Bohème for the flooring, also used in the bathroom along with the Nero Zimbabwe model for the walls and shower tray.
